Terms & Conditions – The Fitness Forge

The Fitness Forge is a trading name of MyFit Xtreme Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland.

Membership

All memberships are personal to the member and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You must be aged 16 or over to use the gym facilities.

By joining The Fitness Forge, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all gym rules.

The Fitness Forge reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion.

Payments

Membership fees are payable monthly via Direct Debit or card payment.

Payments will be taken on or around your billing date each month.

If a payment fails:

  • Your access to the gym may be suspended
  • Any outstanding balance must be paid before access is restored

We reserve the right to recover any unpaid fees.

Cancellation

Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership.

To cancel your membership, you must give 30 days’ written notice by emailing info@thefitnessforge.fit.

Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any payment due within that time may still be taken.

You are responsible for cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank.

Access & Use

Entry is only permitted with a valid active membership.

If your account is in arrears, access to the gym may be restricted until payment is made.

Members must:

  • Use all equipment safely and as intended
  • Wear appropriate gym clothing and footwear
  • Wipe down equipment after use

Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other members at all times.

The Fitness Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Misuse of equipment
  • Breach of gym rules

Health & Safety

You exercise at your own risk.

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should seek advice from a medical professional before using the gym.

If you feel unwell during exercise, stop immediately and inform a member of staff.

Personal Belongings

Lockers are provided for convenience. All items are stored at your own risk.

The Fitness Forge accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Opening Hours

Opening hours may vary and can be changed where necessary for maintenance or operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
